United Methodist Men

Statement of PURPOSE of the Prescott United Methodist Men:
We join together in seeking to become a creative, supportive fellowship of men in the Prescott United Methodist, dedicated to knowing, serving, and proclaiming Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior by offering ourselves as doers of God’s Word and not hearers only in ministry in our church, community and world.

Cameras for Children's Sermon: The UMM held a couple of Mexican Dinners, plus a spagetti feed to raise funds for a fixed camera in Agape Hall. Then after purchasing the camera, UMM members also ran the cables to get it installed. It's been along time coming, but it's now installed and focused on the area of the front of the communion table so the congregation and the choir can see what is going on there during the Children's Sermon Time.

Grass Sod for Playground: Another project completed this year by the UMM. The children can now play on Grass Sod during Sunday School and other events here at church.

United Methodist Men is open to all men in the church. We are now on summer break, meetings will resume in September. We will then meet on the third Saturday of each month at 8:00 am in Agape Hall for a breakfast. After breakfast there is a meaningful program and a service project to do around the church. If interested, please call Jack McLain 445-8811 or Bill Price 717-0511
