If you have any
of these signs in or around a joint for more than two weeks, see your
doctor. These symptoms can develop suddenly or slowly.
What to Tell
Your Doctor:
1. Where it
hurts
2. When it
hurts
3. When it
first began to hurt
4. How long it
has hurt
5. If you have
any swelling
6. What daily
tasks are hard to do now
7. If you have
ever hurt the joint in an accident or overused it on the ob or in a hobby
8. If anyone in
your family has had similar problems.
