Cowboy Family Camp Our Church Camp’s theme for 2005 was Cowboy Camp. The cowpokes from PUMC had lots of fun in the beautiful pines at the Adventist Camp. Some of the hardier souls climbed Thumb Butte. There was singing around the campfire with Pastor George and melting marshmallows and eating s’mores. And of course there were good vittles and good conversation around the supper table. There were crafts, a jumping castle and late night volleyball games as well as other activities. Campers were free to participate in the planned activities, nap, or enjoy the beauty of the pines in their own way. As everyone packed their cars to return to home and the fast pace of life, they could hear the echo of next year’s camp ~ ya’ll come back now! Here are some pictures from the camp. | |
